Castaway

OUTLINE: Fuller hybrid outline designed to cary speed through flat sections and generate heaps of speed. The tail features a double bump behind each of the four fins. This reduces the surface area in the tail to increase responsiveness. The castaway is a great board for someone who is looking to ride a performance board that is not a standard thruster!
 
ROCKER: Medium/low entry to a medium/low exit, the focus for this model being speed in waves that lack power, with just the right amount of curve to perform smooth adjustments between turns.
 
CONTOURS: Light single concave through the fins with added double concave between the feet with subtle vee exiting the tail. This combo allows qucik speed generation and forgiving rail-to-rail transitions in sub-par waves.
 
RECOMENDED WAVE: The castway is designed to be able to harness speed in waist high waves while still being in control up to over head waves. It is well suited for beach, point, and reef breaks.
