Black Flag

OUTLINE: High performance outline. The black flag features is widepoint back from center, helping it perfom a variety of hifi manouvers in critical sections. The nose is just wide enough to paddle with ease but not get in the way while up and riding. The pod has a medium/narrow width, leding itself to be extremely responsive. 
 
ROCKER: Medium/Aggressive nose rocker that flows smoothly into an aggressive tail rocker. This rocker is designed to handle powerful waves and provide a smooth transition from the bottom of the wave to the top. 
 
RECOMENED FIN SETUP: Thruster
 
CONTOURS: Single concave though the back fin, abruptly changing to flat. The single concave helps to generate speed, and hook into the face of the wave when doing long arcing turns. After the back fin the bottom quickly turns flat, this helps to increase release at the last moment.Single concave through the nose into a rolled double concave between the feet with subtle vee exiting the tail. This combo allows qucik speed generation and forgiving rail-to-rail transitions.
 
RECOMENDED WAVE: The Black Flag is designed to be able to control speed in  poweful waves, from chest to head and a half.
